We stayed in this hotel for three weeks in April and we were really enthralled with the hotel and the food but we were more taken up with the customer care from your staff.

The atmosphere was conducive to having a fantastic relaxed holiday. I have listed the following people in particular as they had a true understanding of how to keep guests happy and they had a great understanding that humour is a sure fire way of enhancing the Hotels reputation and encouraging guests to return. Unfortunately I do not have their surnames but they were all operated in the restaurant and bar area.
